- Damaged Package: We have large innovation for packing and sealing but if it happens due to misfortune that customer receives broken items then you follow the procedure. You must take the snap of the products and send us in any of our contact us forms. We will surely replace the damage product with no additional charges.
NOTE – Do not forget to mention authentic information’s like SUBJECT: Damaged Package: Name, Phone Number, and Order id & Date. Our packaging and logistics will be initiated immediately.
- Different Order: Secondly if due to any reasons customers receive their order what they have placed the order for the too contact us through Whatsapp or Email. We will validate the order details and re-send the difference order. Apart if your need refund of the same package, then please do mention the same with your account Details, money will be refunded.
Refund Money will be initiated within 7-10 working days after we receive the logistics proof from your End. Customers have to share the Tracking Details too.
